Personal Bio

Hello, My name is Joy. I grew up in southwestern Florida to a family with strong southern values. I went to my maternal grandmothers after school. Granny Myrtis taught me about southern cooking, keeping house,  and growing things. On the weekends we would go to my fraternal grandmother's small farm. Granny Jean taught me how to be organized. She had to be, it was a long drive to town. You could eat off her bathroom floors. All her canned goods were lined up, labels facing out. Inventory management is important on a farm. 

I used a lot of their ideas for decluttering and organization in my 19 years as a veterinary technician. I’ve taught veterinary clinics the value of getting and staying organized. 

I love the satisfied feeling I get after I complete an organizing project. I want to help other people feel that. I can teach you how to obtain and maintain an organized, well functioning space.

I’m ready to move on to helping others declutter and organize at the speed of life!
